As our Office & Facilities Assistant, you'll work closely with our Head of ANZ and CFO, managing their complex schedules and ensuring their days run seamlessly.

Working within our small but dedicated facilities team, you'll have the opportunity to influence workplace improvements and take initiative on projects that enhance our office environment. You'll develop valuable skills in executive support whilst gaining exposure to high-level business operations across our APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on diary and travel coordination for the Head of APAC and CFO, managing complex international schedules with confidence
• Be a trusted gatekeeper, making smart, independent decisions about priorities and access while maintaining discretion at all times
• Help keep the office running smoothly with hands-on facilities assistance, including visitor management, maintenance coordination, and catering arrangements
• Coordinate courier services and handle mail distribution across departments

What will help you be successful?

You'll excel in this position with at least 2 years of experience in office and facilities assistance roles. Your background will showcase strong diary and travel management expertise, complemented by excellent communication, time management, and organisational capabilities that enable you to handle multiple demands effectively.

You'll succeed if you're confident and seasoned enough to make sound decisions independently, quickly grasp the priorities of senior leaders, and navigate complex calendars with skill and precision. You must have full working rights in Australia.
