Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents' individualised assessed care needs.
  • Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
  • Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
  • Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation and Plans.
  • Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager.
  • Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate The Following
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
  • Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly
  • Current COVID and Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory)

Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
