Your Role

Senior SEO Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and data-savvy Senior SEO Analyst to work with clients and internal teams to deliver SEO strategies that improve visibility and performance. If you enjoy data, problem-solving, and continuous optimization, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and implementation of tailored SEO strategies for a range of clients across industries.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, content creators, and developers to ensure SEO is integrated and streamlined.
  • Technical Audits & Recommendations: Conduct audits and identify technical improvements to enhance site health and search performance.
  • Keyword Research & On-Page Optimisation: Analyze search data and advise on keyword targeting, content enhancements, and metadata optimisation.
  • Problem-Solving: Address ranking drops or technical errors with strong analytical skills.
  • Reporting & Insights: Use GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track progress, deliver reports, and share insights aligned with client goals.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple SEO projects with scheduling, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Stay informed about algorithm updates, new tools, and trends like AI.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to internal documentation and workflow enhancements.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Improve organic traffic and keyword rankings; timely, accurate reports; high-quality client insights; overall campaign success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in an SEO-focused role (agency or in-house)
  • Advanced skillset with SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Ability to create end-to-end SEO strategies, including budgeting and presenting
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage SEO campaign budgets and understand financial impact
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO across channels
  • Address complex SEO challenges with effective solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Clear communication of insights, verbally and in writing
  • Stay updated with search engine changes, AI technologies, and industry trends
  • Creative thinking to identify opportunities that drive client success
  • Availability: Full-time, 9 am – 5 pm AEST
