Overview

OSHC Before & After School Care Educator – Dulwich Hill, TeamKids

We are looking for energetic, passionate Educators to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) team on a permanent part‑time basis in Dulwich Hill. The role offers a minimum guaranteed schedule and opportunities to contribute to a supportive, values‑driven culture.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children in our care
  • Assist in planning and delivering exciting, innovative activities that enrich children's lives
  • Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment
  • Engage with primary school aged children and have fun while supporting learning and development
  • Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean, safe environment
About You / Qualifications
  • A passion for and experience in working with children, with a focus on safety, wellbeing and happiness
  • Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, and the ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders (parents, school staff, etc.)
  • Innovative mindset with initiative to present new ideas and solve problems
  • A willingness to have fun and engage with children
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA‑recognised qualification in Education, Youth, Sports Science, Social Work, Health related fields, or similar (preferred, not required)
