Psychologist Opportunity – Full-Time Employee or Contractor

Income range: $90,000 – $130,000 p.a. (depending on arrangement and experience)

Are you a psychologist passionate about making a real difference in your community while working in a supportive and values-driven environment? We're a small, well-established practice with a strong referral base and reputation for quality care. We're seeking a motivated and independent Psychologist (General, Registrar, or Endorsed) to join our team.

What We Offer

• Competitive remuneration: Income range of $90,000 – $130,000 p.a., with flexible arrangements available (employee or contractor).
• Work-life balance: 4 days face-to-face client work, with a dedicated 5th day for report writing, administration, and professional development.

• Diverse clinical opportunities: In addition to therapy, you may choose to run groups and provide assessments.

What We're Looking For

• A psychologist who is independent, self-motivated, and confident managing a variety of presentations, including complex clients.
• Current AHPRA registration as a General, Registrar, or Endorsed Psychologist.
• A professional who values collaboration, high-quality care, and making a positive difference.
