We're seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Southbank, Brisbane. In this role, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to provide strategic and practical HR solutions that support our clinicians, teams, and business performance. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the support office.

Job Description: We're on the lookout for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about people and business results. This role partners with leaders across the organisation to ensure our teams are supported, our culture thrives, and HR practices are sharp, modern, and people-first.

What you'll be owning (but not juggling alone)
  • Partnering with leaders to solve real business challenges through smart people strategies.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to bring out the best in their teams.
  • Employee relations that balance fairness, compliance, and common sense.
  • Remuneration, benefits, workforce planning and policy work that actually makes sense.
  • Driving culture and performance initiatives (Note: L&D, WHS, TA handled by other specialists).
Qualifications
  • A savvy HR professional with solid business partnering experience.
  • Ability to see the big picture and the details when needed.
  • Confident communicator who can influence with data and empathy.
  • Practical, approachable, and collaborative approach to HR.
