Our client is seeking a diligent Admin Officer to assist their dynamic team in the business services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch secretarial and business support to ensure smooth operations.

Our client is a large organisation in the business services industry based in multiple locations around Melbourne, including the CBD, Dandenong and Epping. They pride themselves on delivering excellent service and their ability to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment for their employees.
Description
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Providing support to the team by coordinating schedules and appointments
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked when necessary
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
Profile
A successful Admin Officer should have:
- A knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
