Role: Customer Engagement Partner – Kerendia
Opportunity: Join the Bayer Pharma team to promote market-leading medicine that improves the lives of thousands of patients each year.
What you'll do: As a CEP, you will be empowered to drive strategic outcomes within your portfolio, maintain regular contact with external customers and stakeholders, and grow connections with specialists and key opinion leaders while understanding patients' journeys.
Focus: The CEP focuses on proactively bringing the outside in, working with healthcare professionals to contribute to national strategy development and uncover opportunities to transform patient outcomes more quickly.
Responsibilities- Plan and optimize your field activities, leveraging 90-day planning to align with strategic objectives
- Adhere to ethical standards, legal and regulatory guidelines, and ensure actions align with company values
- Deep dive into uncovering, understanding and validating patient journeys, bringing Bayer expertise and knowledge of the therapeutic ecosystem
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Adapt to changes in business needs, market dynamics, and customer feedback; pivot quickly in response to emerging trends
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions
- Stay informed on industry knowledge, product information and influencing techniques
- Utilize digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and stay connected with teams and customers
- Collect relevant data and feedback to inform and guide squads, driving continuous improvement and patient-centricity
- Previous pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare sales experience
- Knowledge of CKD/diabetic nephropathy experience area highly desirable
- Solid business acumen with expertise in customer experience excellence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments
- Experience in agile organisations and/or 90-day planning cycles (desirable)
- Deep listening and strong influencing skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within territory; interstate and regional travel may be required
- Knowledge of Medicines Australia code of conduct
- Ability to understand and leverage digital tools to make informed decisions
- Strong desire to continuously improve patient care
