Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia's leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide's most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), and Coopers Stadium (CS). AVM is also the proud presenting partner of concerts and functions at The Drive.

The Roles

Do you want to be involved in the excitement of working at the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide United game days?

We are currently recruiting for customer service super stars for several casual roles to assist in providing a high-quality experience for our patrons attending our venues for the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide United games for the 2025/2026 season.

Key Responsibilities By Role

Service Attendant, Concessions

• Working the Food & Beverage outlets serving guests food and beverage
• Demonstrate versatility and responsiveness in dealing with guest requests
• Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  
  

Stock Attendant

• Ensuring the Food & Beverage outlets are fully stocked before, during and after the games
  • The physical capabilities of the role include manual handling of stock and working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Forklift license an added advantage but not essential.
    
    
  Car Park Attendants
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Directing guests to available car parks
  • Collect payment using EFTPOS machines upon entry
    
    
  Skills You Will Bring To The Role
  • Proven Customer Service Experience: Confident in delivering friendly, efficient service in fast-paced environments, ensuring a positive guest experience across food, beverage, and car park services.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Able to engage with guests and team members professionally, handling enquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy and confidence.
  • Adaptable and Reliable: Bring a proactive 'can-do' attitude with the flexibility to take on various tasks and respond quickly to operational needs or changes during events.
  • Knowledge of RSA & Liquor Licensing (for F&B roles): Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate with a sound understanding of compliance requirements for serving alcohol responsibly.
  • Physically Capable: Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, restocking supplies, and working on foot for extended periods, as required by both stock and service roles.
