Customer Team Member Location: 12-14 Broad Street, Launceston, PL15 8AE Pay: £12.60 per hour Contract: 12.5 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Sunday 14:00 - 22:15, Wednesday 17:00 - 22:15 Full, paid training provided You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed) You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm. We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you'll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
