About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Southern Country CAMHS team as an Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and families, providing professional, courteous, and supportive reception services.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring accurate data entry and appointment management.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to clinicians and team members, including correspondence, reports, and database management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support finance and resource processes through invoice preparation, ordering supplies, and tracking expenditure.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused team environment within CAMHS.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • A collaborative and professional approach, contributing to a positive workplace culture while showing empathy and understanding towards clients and families.
