About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our first Melbourne boutique, opening early September. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Scarlet & Sam's in-store experience and building a community of loyal customers.

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front—delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and developing a high-performing team who embody our brand values.

About the Store

This is a temporary boutique thoughtfully crafted to feel like the "little sister" to our future permanent store — intimate, personal, and deeply connected to the Scarlet & Sam world.

Part studio, part showroom, the space is curated to reflect the brand's signature imagery and design ethos, offering customers a tactile, immersive experience. Every detail — from the furnishings to the flow — is considered to evoke the same enduring edge and effortless ease that defines our collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and manage your team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.

• Cultivate personalised, memorable customer experiences that encourage loyalty.

• Achieve store sales targets through strong conversion, upselling, and relationship building.

• Manage all operational aspects of the store including rostering, stock control, reporting, and loss prevention.

• Maintain brand consistency through visual merchandising and presentation standards.

• Build and nurture a VIP client base, hosting activations and events to strengthen customer relationships.

• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

• Oversee store compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
