ResponsibilitiesAs a Test Manager, you will lead testing activities across projects, focusing on implementing a shift-left approach to integrate quality earlier in the project lifecycle. The aim of the role is to reduce testing costs later in the process and help identify issues sooner, improving overall project efficiency and minimizing risks in production environments. The role drives collaboration across teams to ensure quality outcomes, minimise risks, and reduce testing costs by designing effective, business-aligned scenarios. It will also monitor testing resource performance and provide stakeholders with clear visibility of testing progress and results through Dashboards and Reports.
What You'll Bring- Analytical Skills: You should possess strong conceptual and critical thinking skills which will allow to solve practical problems efficiently. You should have a proven track record of analysing performance and developing initiatives to improve business process performance.
- Interpersonal Skills: You must have demonstrated the ability to partner with and influence others to achieve the organization's strategic outcomes. Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills enabling you to effectively engage with individuals at all levels.
- 7+ Years as a Test Manager with ServiceNow experience.
- At least 5 years' experience leading test teams on projects implementing highly integrated solutions
- Experience working on ServiceNow Platform essential including preferably case management
- Proven record of test process improvement
- You should possess Degree in computing such as Computer Science, IT etc.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification
