Job Description- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support the accounting team with end-of-month and end-of-year processes.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare bank reconciliations.
A successful Accounts Officer should have:
- A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- A competitive salary package of approximately $81,000-$99,000 AUD plus super.
