STORE MANAGER - 38 hours per week, working on average every 2nd weekend

We are Queensland owned, and Sole Integrity is a passionate team that provides footwear and accessories to enhance well-being, vitality, and overall quality of life for our valued customers. If that sounds like you, we invite you to lead our store in Coolangatta.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Store Manager to be part of our growing team. The successful candidate will love sales and working with people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
  • Achieving store sales targets and KPIs
  • Store merchandising
  • Cultivating a skilled, happy, and motivated team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in retail management
