Our Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a bold thinker, creator and leader who brings passion and energy to the game. As a Footwear Specialist, you will be the face of the brand delivering top-tier service and product expertise to a community that lives for sport and style.

What You Will Work On:

You will partner with a Product Coach to lead the Footwear zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service goals. Reporting into the Product Coach, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your team to deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
  • Coaching and developing your team to elevate their performance
  • Driving results by unlocking the potential of your team members
  • Inspiring your team to care about the job and have fun while doing it

What We Are Looking For:

  • A passion for the Nike brand and a strong desire to grow in leadership
  • 1-2 years of retail leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service and expert footwear advice
  • Energy, proactivity and a sense of urgency to drive results
