Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with clients across the lifespan in various settings, including in-clinic, schools, homes, and via telehealth, depending on their needs. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, is committed to evidence-based practice, and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  3. Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders
  4. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and progress
  5. Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators) as part of a multidisciplinary team
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
  7. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  2. Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure) in [State/Province]
  3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or working toward it, if applicable)
  4. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a range of speech and language disorders
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  7. Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
