Temporary Receptionist Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Receptionist to join our client's team on an immediate start basis, with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.

Our client is a well-established organisation in the Business Services industry, known for providing top-tier services to their diverse range of clients.

Job Description

  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries, maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk.
  • Perform various clerical receptionist duties, including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing documents.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrates a customer service attitude, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.

What We Offer

  • An hourly rate of AUD 38-40.
