Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of June 2024. About the Role

This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and focuses on managing a portfolio of debtors and providing administrative support within the AR function while providing ad-hoc support to other functions within the business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage AR inbox and associated tasks
  2. Perform Collection calls as required
  3. Manage debtors' inboxes and handle inquiries
  4. Prepare and issue invoices and manage the billing process
  5. Resolve account discrepancies
  6. Generate statements
  7. Perform various forms of reconciliations as required
  8. Contribute to ongoing process improvement
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role. Specifically, you will possess the following:

  1. Experience in Accounts receivable and billings
  2. Strong and clear communication skills
  3. Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Focused and have great time management skills
