About your new job:

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader this role will focus on managing a portfolio of the organisation's debtors and providing administrative support within the AR function while providing ad-hoc support to other functions within the business.
Responsibilities include:

•Managing AR inbox and associated tasks

•Perform Collection calls as required

•Managing debtors' inboxes and handling inquiries

•Preparing and issuing invoices and managing the billing process

•Resolving account discrepancies

•Generating statements

•Perform various forms of reconciliations as required

•Contributing to ongoing process improvement

About you

You will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role. Specifically, you will possess the following:

•Experience in Accounts receivable and billings

•Strong and clear communication skills

•Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills

•Attention to detail and accuracy

•Focused and have great time management skills
