We are excited to welcome the following experienced Diploma qualified Educator to our team for a parental leave placement from Monday 13/10/25 (3 days for induction, 2 days handover) to be ready to commence in their role on Monday 20/10/25 (this is our preferred time line, earlier/later start dates are welcome also). The expected end date of the parental leave placement is Friday 23/10/26. Should the parental leave educator request longer leave, or not return to her role, we are open to continuing emloyment.
1. Position (full time x 1) - working in our toddlers team alongside 4 experienced Diploma qualified educators, in a 12 place room - excellent ratios, what more could you wish for?
Going forward we value the opportunity to rotate our educators, so the possibilities are endless You would be joining an Early Childhood team that is committed to meeting high expectations for children, their families and Educators. Our service exceeds the National Quality Standard in all quality areas.
We are a not for profit, community based service registered for 70 places daily. We operate a funded 4yo Kindergarten program (managed by 3 Early Childhood Teachers), a funded 3yo long day Kindergarten program (managed by 2 Early Childhood Teachers) , a toddlers learning space (managed as a team) and babies learning space (managed as a team).
Benefits associated with theseroles include - salary at 6.5% above award (employer initiative), we are also a recipient of the Worker Retention Grant (10% now, 5% on 5/12/25), additional educators in all learning spaces (we cover 89hr of non contact time per week), 'wellness program' including masseuse, yoga classes, vaccinations, EAP, along with a purpose built service with separate staff lounge and kitchen, significant funding for Educator development (including 2 full training days annually where service is closed for children), TIL paid for every out of working hours meeting/training and more.
