Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a rotational graduate program based in Perth, gaining practical experience in construction management.
  • Develop skills to become a leader in the Mining and Metals industry.
  • Work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate within the mining sector.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple commodities including Iron Ore, Bauxite, Alumina, Aluminium, Copper, Gold, Coal, Lithium, and Rare Earths.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency at the time of applying.
  • Completion or expected completion by January 2026 of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Engineering (2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment requirements such as drug screening and background checks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for making a difference.
  • Mobility and flexibility to work on projects locally, regionally, and interstate.
  • High ambition to work in construction and contribute to transforming communities and landscapes.
