Our Graduate Program

We are on the hunt for Graduates ready to kick-start their career in February 2026, with a keen interest in property Sales and Leasing. Based in Perth CBD, our Grad Program will offer you the opportunity to join our WA team and transform your university knowledge into real-life experience, working with some of the industry's best agents and advisors.

What we offer:

A comprehensive introduction to the world of real estate through a structured rotation system across some of our core Sales and Leasing divisions.
Mentorship by handpicked senior members of the Company, who will give you continuous support and feedback so that you grow and learn while getting hands-on experience.
Assistance in setting objectives and measuring your progress, so you can work towards reaching your career goals and see for yourself how far you've grown.
Access to regular technical workshops, business skill enhancement, and personal development opportunities, including courses, networking, and social events.
Connection to past and present graduates as well as access to Savills global network of offices and colleagues.
Our goal is to offer successful graduates a permanent position upon completing the program.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate for the program will have:

Completed study in 2025 or have graduated from University in the last 2 years.
A property related degree will be viewed favourably however we welcome candidates from all disciplines.
A strong desire to build a career as an Agent and be able to show a willingness to learn and develop.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to network and build strong relationships across our business.
A positive can do attitude, an inquisitive nature and motivation to succeed.
Undertaken extracurricular activities or engagement with the property industry.
