Overview

Abercrombys is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Property Manager. You'll be taking over a structured, well-maintained portfolio, with full support from our highly skilled and motivated team. The role is based in North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Established in 2005, Abercrombys has become the agency of choice for prestige property across Stonnington, Boroondara, Bayside and beyond. We are known for our exceptional service, collaborative culture, and modern approach to real estate.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
  • Experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Driver's licence and reliable car
  • Supportive, positive team culture
