Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Sales Associate, located in Blackburn, VIC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate sales and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of current market conditions and property laws
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using real estate CRM systems and tools
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
