Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at our 110-bed aged care facility, with an exciting expansion currently underway. This is a key personnel role and the perfect opportunity for a proven clinical leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. As second-in-command, you will work closely with the Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor and support a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming Midland Nursing Home facility

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership and management experience within aged care
• Excellent knowledge of aged care standards and compliance
• Passion for person-centred care and mentoring others
