What you'll do
  • Proactively identify and develop new client relationships within your specialist sector.
  • Offer customised recruitment and workforce management solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver outstanding service and build trust with clients, candidates, and on-hired staff.
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities to grow your client base.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, sales or business development role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Recruitment industry knowledge and/or understanding of workforce solutions and employment legislation is highly regarded.
