The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our wine brands, Penny's Hill Wines in McLaren Vale, Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale, and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa.
We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Vineyard Manager to lead our McLaren Vale team.
The current vineyard holdings total approximately 800 hectares of planted vines (mostly red varieties) across 48 vineyards throughout the McLaren Vale region.
About The PositionThe Senior Vineyard Manager is a key leadership role, leading a team of managers and operators across all viticulture and irrigation operations to ensure the highest quality grapes are produced.
Reporting to the General Manager of Viticulture and Production, the Senior Vineyard Manager focuses on achieving target grade and yield within budget.
This role involves planning, managing, and assisting with vineyard operations, managing people, safety, sustainability, equipment, liaising with contractors, working closely with winemakers, and planning and managing budgets for vineyard operations and capital expenditure.
