About The Role

We have an opportunity for a customer focused and self motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Glenelg, to provide support to our Counter Managers, working across a number of brands including; Estee Lauder, Clinique, Clarins, Elizabeth Arden, Jurlique, Lancome, L'Occitane and a variety of fragrance brands. 

You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment to ensuring every interaction is a positive one, as you help to build a solid client base through customer satisfaction whilst demonstrating your passion for all things beauty

In This Role, You Will;

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products
  • Assist our customers with makeup colour matching
  • Explain how products work & demonstrate their application techniques, helping our customers to look and feel fabulous
  • Apply makeup
  • Suggest complimentary products that meet customers needs
  • Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Assist with coordinating product launches, special events and/or promotions
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, whilst keeping up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trends
  • Have a commitment to building and maintaining a valued client base 
  • Assist with managing inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately

Your Experience, Skills & Attributes;

  • Previous experience working as a Beauty Consultant advantageous
  • Application of makeup and skincare products
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Inventory management
  • Sales and up selling experience
  • Industry and brand knowledge, with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours across 7-days of trade
  • Qualified (or working towards) Makeup Artists and Beauty Therapists encouraged to apply
