We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic showroom team, someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is excited to contribute to the growth of a leading furniture brand.

This role requires weekend availability and involves presenting showrooms and engaging with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation & Client Engagement: Ensure our showroom is always in perfect shape, warmly greeting customers and guiding them through our stunning collections.
  • Building meaningful relationships: Engage with both new and existing clients, helping them find the perfect pieces for their homes while delivering exceptional service that encourages long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Administrative tasks: Handle processing orders, responding promptly to client inquiries, and logging client interactions to ensure a smooth sales journey.

Requirements:

  • A passion for exceptional customer service and a keen interest in design and furniture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably in retail or furniture).
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Availability to work weekends and a minimum of 3 days per week.
