Senior Civil Project Engineer Role

A site-based Senior Civil Project Engineer is required for a large-scale mining closure project in Western Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of an integrated team comprising the Owners and Engineering consultant project teams. The role offers a 8:6 roster from Perth only, with an initial 12-month contract.

Key Benefits

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong project engineering experience, particularly in bulk earthworks packages.
  • EPCM or Owner side background essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, encompassing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Significant site experience across mining projects.
  • Responsibilities include work pack development, planning, scheduling, and executing the scope of work to ensure alignment on interfaces and schedule requirements.
  • Study and execution project experience beneficial.
  • Good understanding of project planning/scheduling, tendering, contracts, procurement, reporting, and change management.
  • Excellent safety attitude.
