About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

  • A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour and success
  • Coachable
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
  • Reliable way to get to and from the client's home
  • Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset


Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III in either Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Clearance
