Content Creator Hospitality Focus

Role Overview

You will work with hospitality clients to create content for social media, digital campaigns, and branded assets. The content must be visually strong, aligned with current trends, and tailored to the platform and audience. You must be able to manage shoots, edit content efficiently, and deliver on-brand visuals within set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce video and photo content using both mobile and professional cameras
• Edit content for various platforms, including Reels, TikTok, and other social formats
• Stay across content trends and incorporate them into your work where relevant
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop clear content briefs
• Manage on-location shoots with hospitality clients, ensuring high-quality output
• Travel for shoots within Melbourne area
• Maintain equipment provided and ensure readiness for each shoot
• Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of content creation experience, with a portfolio focused on social content
• Strong skills in both video and photography for social platforms
• Experience with editing tools including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
• Clear communication skills, reliable and client-facing
• Background in hospitality or food content is preferred
