We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-centric individuals with a passion for technology to join our Technical Support Team. You'll support both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers, handling a wide range of technical and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

Working in a small, collaborative team within an open-plan office, you'll combine customer service excellence with technical problem-solving to build long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers promptly and effectively.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of client data.
  • Identifying recurring issues or trends affecting customers and escalating them to ensure timely resolutions.
Salary
  • The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $70,000 + superannuation.
