Dispense Tech

Join the team and make a meaningful impact within a local community pharmacy. You will work alongside a supportive team of Pharmacists, Dispense Technicians, Retail Manager, and Pharmacy Assistants, contributing to the smooth operation of pharmacy services and quality customer care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first

Assisting in aged care services, medication packing, and hospital-style dispensing

Follow packing processes efficiently and resolving any related issues

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Demonstrating competent computer and dispensing system literacy

Supporting the delivery of health promotion programs

Ensuring all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards

Availability to work additional shifts as needed

About You

You're a motivated, customer-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. You bring a collaborative approach and are committed to delivering high standards of service.

You will also have:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both colleagues and customers

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

A commitment to upholding pharmacy procedures and quality standards
