What you'll do
  • Work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage Fever events from A to Z.
  • Collaborate with other departments to define how to scale events to additional markets.
  • Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiential programs.
  • Participate in professional development with training and coaching.
  • Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage events from conception to delivery, maintain relationships with existing partners and develop new ones.
  • Scale experiences across Australia and coordinate with Fever teams.
  • Represent the Fever brand at events and work with marketing to maximize ticket sales and coverage.
  • Work with the global Scalable Events team on brands in other markets and make data-driven decisions (including P&L awareness).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. This is not an events-specific role.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational abilities; eager to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Solution-focused with the ability to identify issues and create actionable plans.
  • Strong collaboration, networking skills, and experience building positive working relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient; capable of managing multiple work streams.
  • Curious, eager to push boundaries, and comfortable with trying new concepts.
  • Experience communicating with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) is a plus; strong academic background is a plus.
