We are currently seeking a Personal Care Worker with a caring nature to join us for casual shifts at our Aged Care facility in Ipswich, QLD.

What You'll Do:
  1. Provide hands-on care: Assist elderly residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  2. Support mobility & transfers: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
  3. Meal support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to promote proper nutrition.
  4. Monitor well-being: Observe residents' health and report any changes.
  5. Create a safe, clean environment: Maintain a space where residents feel comfortable and cared for.
  6. Build meaningful connections: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
What You Bring:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
  • Ideally, 3+ months of experience in Aged Care.
  • 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record.
  • Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).
