We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Rockingham region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager and Clinical Lead, you'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. This is a work-from-home position, however, you will be part of our supportive Cockburn team, dial in virtually or attend team meetings in person, it's up to you, the flexibility this role offers is great for people who want to work in their space, their way

Day-to-day You Will

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

You Will Also Hold

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist - limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• This role is suitable for an experienced OT with 4+ years post-grad experience
