About the Company

Castle group has over 17 years of experience specialising in low and medium density residential developments, focused on growth areas in Sydney's northwest and southwest. We have developed, value added and sold projects with a total end value surpassing $1 billion. We are one of the biggest land developer in North West and South West of Sydney.

As we are growing, we're looking for 2 new Sales Consultants in Southwest Sydney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and digital platforms.

• Present land lots, house & land packages, to prospective purchasers on behalf of Castle Group.

• Attend display homes and land sales offices during rostered hours. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and local events to promote land offerings.

Research/Knowledge

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Castle projects and their position within the market.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, land availability, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Process/Systems

• Manage the end-to-end sales process including responding to initial inquiries, through to offers, contracts, and post-sale support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, REA and other relevant systems/platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, development) to ensure a seamless sales process.

Performance

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential land sales or similar property-related roles.

• A proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably land sales

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Deep understanding of the local community in Southwest Sydney and surrounding growth areas.

• Proficiency in languages common in the local community is very highly regarded, due to the diversity within the community.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and close sales confidently.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads concurrently.

• Comfortable working weekends and rostered public holidays.

• Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (mandatory).

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Education

NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (now known as an Assistant Agent Certificate) – mandatory to legally engage in property sales in New South Wales.
