We have anexciting opportunity for front-end infrastructure or propertydevelopment lawyers, associates or senior lawyers (including SA andSC level) to join our Property and Projects team, working with ourtop-tier social infrastructure team who helped deliver over 10,000new social and affordable housing dwellings into the Australianmarket in the past four years alone.

This role hasa national focus providing great opportunities to make an impactbeyond your local office and work with colleagues and clientsacross our national network. Being in the centre of projectdelivery the role will focus on all things needed to help ourclients achieve their project objectives.

This canrange from the procurement and delivery of new build homes forat-risk persons to the financing, construction and operation ofmulti-stage precincts and infrastructure assets which benefitthousands in the community. Our practice focuses aroundindustry and impact and there will be ample opportunity to buildyour own voice and leadership skills within the practice. Ourpractice leaders are nationally-recognised experts in their sectorand there are regular opportunities to engage in strategicdiscussions with industry bodies and government on shaping some ofAustralia's key social infrastructure policies as well asregular media and client engagement.

While notessential, we are keen to hear from senior lawyers who havesignificant experience in this space and are seeking a clear andtransparent pathway to partnership.

As a keymember of the team, you will work with an industry leading partnerand lawyers on the following types of matters:

• advisingon the structuring and delivery of various socialinfrastructure projects – these include social andaffordable housing, build-to-rent, specialist disabilityaccommodation, student accommodation, hospital and healthcare,childcare facilities and precinct development;
• providingmultidisciplinary and 'whole of project' solutionsto clients across structuring, development, joint ventures,operations and investment; and
• actingon behalf of both government and private sectorclients.

Aboutyou

You willideally have the following knowledge, skills andexperience:

• aminimum of 2 years of post-admission experience as a front-endinfrastructure or property development lawyer;
• apassion to get involved in projects that make a difference at acommunity level;
• anability to understand the objectives of all parties in atransaction and not just our own clients;
• forsenior candidates, proven leadership capability and an interestin becoming a 'deal-leader';
• a focuson achieving commercial solutions for our clients and findingalternative ways to deliver for our clients; and
• theability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively to ensuretimely delivery of service to our clients.
