Employment Lawyer (Associate / Senior Associate / Special Counsel)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer with 2-10+ years PQE to join our dynamic team. Whether you're an Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel, you'll work closely with our Partners and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Take ownership of your own matters, working directly with clients and providing high-level employment law advice across a range of industries.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: Manage your time effectively, grow your practice, and take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior lawyers.
  • Litigation and Advisory Work: Handle complex employment law matters, including workplace disputes, compliance, and advisory work, with the full support of the firm's resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners and colleagues on high-stakes litigation and strategic advisory projects.
