Overview

We're a modern curtain retailer based in Belrose, Sydney, known for transforming spaces with thoughtfully designed window furnishings. Our showrooms are inspiring and inviting, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for interior aesthetics, customer experience, and creative digital engagement — especially with AI.

Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic, design-savvy team member to join our showroom team. Experience in home furnishing is a must. This is a hybrid role: you'll be the face of our Belrose showroom, welcoming and guiding customers, while also supporting our sales team and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professional and friendly service
  • Offer interior design advice to help customers select the perfect window furnishings
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, order processing, and showroom organisation
  • Help maintain and refresh showroom displays
Requirements
  • Strong visual and design sensibility
  • Confident and friendly with in-person customer service
  • Curious and willing to explore AI and digital tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in retail, design, or social media is essential
