Workroom Manager

Our workroom requires a skilled manager to oversee the smooth operation of our curtain production processes.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to lead our team in producing high-quality curtains, blinds, and shutters. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of curtain makers, seamstresses, and workroom staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define and implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide regular reports to management on workroom performance, productivity, and any challenges faced.
