Located in a stunning coastal setting, our resort features over 370 stylish rooms, a sparkling pool, water activities, diverse dining options, and a state-of-the-art convention centre that hosts up to 1,500 guests.
At SOLA Bar & Restaurant, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to craft bold, authentic Sicilian cuisine, from fresh seafood to traditional Italian favourites.

Job DescriptionWe're currently offering a range of culinary opportunities with flexible arrangements, including casual, part-time, and full-time roles. If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets, contributing to a variety of services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.
We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
- Chef de Partie – Full-Time
- Commis Pastry Chef – Part-Time
- Commis Chef – Casual

QualificationsAbout You
We're looking for team members who bring both skill and passion to the kitchen. Ideally, you'll have:
- Relevant trade qualifications and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments
- A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
