Job Details

We're currently offering a range of culinary opportunities with flexible arrangements, including casual, part-time, and full-time roles. If you have experience in fast-paced restaurant or event settings, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work across two well-equipped kitchens and multiple outlets, contributing to a variety of services including à la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place, and large-scale banquets.

  • Commis Pastry Chef – Part-Time
  • Commis Chef – Casual

Qualifications
About You

We're looking for team members who bring both skill and passion to the kitchen. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and previous experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen environments
  • A strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
  • A service-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the kitchen
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
