Adelaide, South Australia at Full time

At Lyft, we believe therapy should be more than transactional. It should be transformational—for both the people we support and the people we employ. We're a fast-growing NDIS provider dedicated to delivering truly person-centred care across South Australia. We're now looking for three Clinical Leads—in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy—to help shape our next chapter.

The roles

As a Clinical Lead at Lyft, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and mentoring a team of passionate allied health professionals

Providing supervision, coaching, and clinical oversight

Holding a small, manageable caseload to stay connected to the work

Contributing to service delivery improvements and innovative practice

Collaborating with leadership on strategy, systems, and culture

You'll have the autonomy to lead with heart and the support to make an impact.

You'll thrive in these roles if you...

Are a confident, compassionate clinician who loves mentoring others

Want a seat at the table in shaping how care is delivered

Are ready to step into leadership without bureaucracy or burnout

Believe therapy should be strengths-based, relationship-driven, and outcome-focused

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualifications and current registration in OT, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy

Five+ years' experience in your field, ideally with some leadership or supervision

Experience in NDIS, community, or paediatric settings (preferred)

Commitment to best practice, lifelong learning, and collaborative care

Why Lyft?

Lyft was created because we saw a gap—not just in services, but in how people were made to feel when accessing them. We set out to build something different: a values-led organisation where quality care, authentic connection, and human-first leadership are non-negotiable. We don't just talk about making a difference—we live it, every day. At Lyft, you're not a number. You're part of a team that genuinely cares—about the people we support, and each other.

What you'll get

A leadership role where your voice matters

Above-award salary + professional development allowance

Weekly or fortnightly supervision and a true culture of support

Admin and scheduling support—so you can focus on clinical work

Flexible working arrangements (hybrid options available)

A real career pathway as we grow

Ready to lead with impact?

If you're ready to help build a service that puts people first—starting with the team—you'll feel right at home at Lyft.
