In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the stadium, ensuring events run smoothly, facilities are well-maintained, and safety standards are upheld. This is a hands-on position, suited to someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate staff, contractors, and event stakeholders.
About the Job
As full time Stadium Operations Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person making sure the venue is safe, organised, and ready for action. You'll work with staff, contractors, and event organisers to make sure everything from set-up to pack-down runs without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day operations at the stadium.
- Set-up, pack-down, and event coordination.
- Canteen duties.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and incident logs.
- Keeping the venue clean, safe, and welcoming for players, spectators, and guests.
- Being the first point of contact if issues come up during events.
- Supporting crowd management, safety checks, and emergency procedures if needed.
Skills & Experience
- Someone reliable, organised, and confident.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demands within a busy environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Possibility of job share.
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures would be handy, but training will be provided.
- Working with children's check.
- Level 2 first aid.
- Current drivers licence.
