- Collaborate with a passionate team, including the Practice Excellence and People Experience teams, to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development of aged care practice frameworks and contribute to cross-sector practice improvement
- Review and create clinical policies, procedures and manuals aligned with legislation and best practice
- Conduct holistic assessments of current practices, identifying risk and opportunity for growth
- Drive audit processes, data analysis, and reporting to support a culture of accountability and quality
- Deliver training, education and coaching across the organisation to uplift capability
- Represent Practice Excellence internally and externally, championing safety, rights, and care outcomes
- Participate in SIRS and quality indicator reporting with high attention to detail and compliance
You're a driven, values-led clinical professional with a passion for improving care systems, and a vision for what high-quality, person-centred aged care should look like. You bring:
- Proven experience in Community Aged Care, ideally in a quality or governance role
- In-depth understanding of aged care standards, incident reporting (e.g. SIRS), and compliance requirements
- Expertise in developing and implementing policy, audit tools, and training programs
- Strong analytical skills, able to use data to influence practice and mitigate risk
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work across teams and systems
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification + AHPRA Registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
- Current Open, Unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Completion of NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You
- Full working rights in Australia
