We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG Timecard Adviser to join our Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in championing the adoption of HR technology, ensuring payroll accuracy, and enhancing the employee experience.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Provide expert support to employees and managers with UKG Timecard functionality and troubleshooting.">
  • Manage timecard data, including uploading timecard data, managing delegations, and processing TOIL requests.">
  • Ensure system accuracy by performing data maintenance and generating reports on timecard data and reconciliations.">
  • Promote self-service by developing and maintaining support materials for end-users.">
  • Coordinate system maintenance with Enterprise Technology teams to maintain pay rules, accruals, and holiday profiles.">

You May Be a Great Fit If:

  • ">
  • You have experience in HR shared services, particularly in time and attendance systems, with strong customer service skills and attention to detail.">
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in HR operations.">
  • You demonstrate COO values, including service excellence and collaborative work.">
  • You have experience working in high-volume, transactional HR environments.">
  • You possess knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work compliance requirements.">
  • You are proficient in UKG (Kronos) system administration.">
  • You have experience with online service management systems like ServiceNow.">
  • You demonstrate strong data management skills, especially with HR and Payroll data.">
  • You show excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
