About the Role:

As our Marketing Assistant (B2B), you'll be part of a passionate team where your ideas really matter. You'll help keep product information up to date, coordinate marketing activities, and create better experiences for our customers.

What You Will Do:
  • Maintain accurate product information across digital platforms, including certifications, packaging artwork, and image libraries
  • Manage trade events and monitor engagement metrics and return on investment to guide improvements
  • Coordinate sample orders and support product stage and gate projects
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor creation, and invoices and track marketing expenditure
  • Coordinate marketing updates across the team and contribute to idea generation sessions
  • Develop digital engagement programs, and support webinars and customer communications
  • Collaborate with design agencies and sales teams to manage brochures, trade shows, and sales tools
  • Support sustainability initiatives, community programs, and activities aligned with the Reconciliation Action Plan
Who You Are:
  • You're a recent marketing graduate with a passion for making a difference. You thrive in collaborative environments, bring a positive and adaptable mindset, and are eager to contribute to a purpose-driven team.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Canva
  • Strong attention to detail and high work standards
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Exposure to digital marketing such as social media, email campaigns, or website management highly desirable.
  • Full and ongoing working rights in Australia
